How Do I Check My Order Status?

If you are a registered customer, you can access your order history and order status by logging into your account. You will find the “Order Status” link at the top of the site, on the right-hand side. Also, once your order has shipped, we send out an e-mail with tracking information.

Can I cancel an order?

As long as your order has not shipped, yes, you can. Event Blossom takes 2-3 business days to process non-personalized orders and 3-5 business days for personalized ones. You must cancel your order before that. If the labels are already printed, you will still get a refund but a cancellation fee will be applied. We realize that your customers may need to return items from time to time. Our no hassle return policy makes it easy for you to process returns for your customers.

Understandably, personalized items are not eligible for a return. Orders placed within 45 business days are eligible for a return.

What are your available payment methods?

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. No sales tax is applied, as we are a wholesale company.

How are products shipped?

Event Blossom uses UPS for shipping products. We currently offer Economy Shipping for all lightweight items such as favor tags, stickers and labels for a flat rate of $5.95. For all other items, we have UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Event Blossom works with USPS for shipping tags, labels and stickers but we recommend upgrading to UPS if you want your orders with labels, tags and stickers sooner.

How do backorders work?

In the case of a backorder, our team updates the Stock Status file as soon as possible and puts a note on the product page stating the products’ replenishment date. As soon as we receive our items back in the warehouse, we send another stock status update to all our customers. You can also still place orders for backordered items that are on the site and you won’t be charged until the backordered items are shipped to you.

What are your processing times?

Event Blossom takes 1-3 business days to process non-personalized orders, 3-5 business days for personalized orders and 1 business day for a rush order. Take note that these are only the processing times and do not include transit times, the actual time it takes to physically get the orders to you. Although we generally process in these timeframes, there are exceptions to this policy that can happen during busy times.

I just placed an order. How long will it take before it gets here?

Aside from the established processing time, transit time varies depending on the customer’s location. Please refer to the map below for UPS shipping times.

I need my order ASAP! Can we expedite our order? How much would it cost?

Yes, we can! Event Blossom charges a $15 rush fee so we can process your order in 1 business day. Then, you have the option to upgrade your shipping. We currently offer Economy Shipping for 3-5 days (only for labels and certain light items - Economy shipping transit times are NOT guaranteed), then UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air for all other items.

How do I update my Account Information?

If you are a returning customer, you can easily update your information by logging into your account. You will find the “My Account” link located on the top of each page. Once you have accessed your account, you can click on the “Account Information” link to update your account information. If you need to change your password, please contact our by emailing customerservice@eventblossom.com.
